Screameh's Terms of Service

The following are terms of service for Screameh (Scream) (also known as "the artist", "me", "myself", and "I").The client (also known as "you") is responsible for reading and understanding these terms of service. By contacting Screameh, you agree with all of the terms on this page.These terms are subject to change without notice.

Payment

  • Prices are in USD only.

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • All payment will be in USD through PayPal. I do not use CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or other forms of payment.

  • Payment plans are accepted if we have discussed before you order a commission. A down payment of up to 50% is required depending on the amount of the commission.

Adopts and Designs

Designs are characters created by me with original lines, or supplied free lineart from another user.• Adoptables and designs I created can be traded freely without restriction, and resold for any price even if you did not originally purchase the design.• You may change the design with no limit or confirmation from me.• I should still be credited as the original design creator and artist.

Rights

By buying a adopt/design or commissioning me, you’re purchasing my labor and only a partial right to a design. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
• I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will retain the right to reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects.
• I reserve the right to reject your proposal without question.
• I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.

The Commissioner

• The commissioner may upload the work completed to any site of their choosing with credit, and linked back to any of my galleries.
• You may use the art for any personal reason that you please, including but not limited to: icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.• You retain partial rights to the IP.
• You may not claim the work or the IP to be your own or set it up for redistribution. You may not use my art for any external projects, commercial or non-commercial.
• ⚠️ The use of AI content is strictly forbidden with my work.⚠️

Procedure

• After payment is received, I will provide a sketch for you to approve.
• Once you have confirmed the sketch, I continue on to finishing the commission.
• I generally allow 2-3 small changes after a commission is finished. After this, every change will incur a fee of +$5.• I allow up to 48 hrs to receive payment before your commission slot is forfeit.
